Silent Eyes

Silent eyes slowly watch -
the joy of curtains
the doubt of doors
the fear of clutches
the pain of chairs

Silent eyes slowly slumber -
to hide the changes
to change the covers
to cover the rules
to rule the world

Silent eyes has yet to tell -
the vagueness of hope
the acridness of longing
the destruction of a heart
the beauty of renewal

Silent eyes did speak -
Crying still.
